Ignacio Perotti Pinciroli is the Director of the Master's in Human Rights and a lecturer in International Law and Human Rights at Universidad Europea de Madrid. At Universidad Autónoma de Madrid he is the Academic Coordinator of the Diploma in the Application of International Law in Comparative Perspective, and a doctoral candidate in international studies. Ignacio holds 3 LLMs from different universities and a law degree from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo (Argentina), where he has also taught Human Rights. He has participated in several conferences and research projects in the fields of International Law and Human Rights, specially focused on Transitional Justice and the Inter-American System of Human Rights. Furthermore, he was a research fellow at the Constitutional Court of Spain and a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, in Heidelberg (Germany). Professionaly, he served for almost a decade as legal officer and court clerk specifically on the trials for crimes against humanity committed in Argentina.
