Resumen
Unida al tremendo impacto económico que supone para los países europeos (Dallat, 2013), la inactividad física es una de las principales causas para el desarrollo de enfermedades crónicas (Ainsworth y cols., 2000). Dados los numerosos beneficios de una vida activa y saludable, la mayoría de los países europeos implementan políticas de promoción de actividad física y hábitos de vida saludables sobre diversos escenarios y colectivos, entre ellos el contexto laboral.
