Influencia de la posición de juego en las aceleraciones y deceleraciones soportadas por jugadoras semiprofesionales de balonmano en competición oficial

Resumen
El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar y comparar las diferencias entre las posiciones de juego sobre las aceleraciones y deceleraciones registradas durante competiciones oficiales de balonmano femenino. Para ello 22 jugadoras semiprofesionales de balonmano de la Segunda División Española fueron monitorizadas durante 13 partidos oficiales. Las aceleraciones y deceleraciones fueron registradas en valores absolutos y relativos (normalizados en función deltiempo de juego) utilizando un Sistema de Posicionamiento Local (WIMU PROTM, Realtrack Systems S.L., Almería, Spain). Las diferencias según la posición de juego se determinaron mediante la prueba ANOVA de un factor y se calculó el tamaño del efecto mediante Eta cuadrado parcial (ηp2) o épsilon cuadrado (ε²). Las extremos realizaron el mayor número total de aceleraciones y deceleraciones, seguidas de las primeras líneas y las pivotes (p < 0,05). Por otro lado, las primeras líneas soportaron un mayor número de aceleraciones y deceleraciones por minuto (p< 0,05). En conclusión, las aceleraciones y deceleraciones varían según la posición de juego durante competiciones oficiales de balonmano femenino. Por tanto, entrenadores y profesionales deberían tener en cuenta estas diferencias para prescribir y controlar la carga de entrenamiento y para diseñar programas de entrenamiento individualizados para cada posición de juego.
