Zusammenfassung
The article describes the legal regime applicable to good sports governance in Andalusia. To this end, the main legal instruments approved at the legal level are analysed, both in the Transparency Law and in the Sports Law, in order to then proceed to their specific extrapolation to the practical case of football. In this way, the Code of Good Governance of the Royal Andalusian Football Federation is analysed in order to verify the practical application of the aforementioned legal framework.
