Resumen
The article examines the main aspects of the new FIFA Ethics Code. The new Code has been reformed at the behest of the presidents of the Ethics Commission. The new version has been approved by the FIFA Council and entered into force on 12 August 2018. Historical reforms have been made in the new code in order to ensure greater transparency, legal certainty and efficient procedures. For this purpose, minimum penalties for each offence have been introduced, fundamental changes in the appeals procedure and other important amendments.
