This study addresses the shortage of female talent in STEAM education, focusing on Higher VocationalTraining Cycles and Universities. The lack of female role models is highlighted as a factor that diminishes girls’ interest in STEAM from the age of 15. Professional training, especially in Art, faces additional challenges. A quantitative study reveals a lack of knowledge about female role models among theyouth. To address this and reduce the gender gap, a magazine showcasing the work of female designers in various fields is proposed. Designed by students, the magazine involves their participation inknowledge transmission and promotes research on female role models in design. This initiative improves gender equality in STEAM education, particularly in Art and Architecture, integrating the work intofour subjects of the Higher Vocational Training Cycle of Marketing and Advertising, providing practicalexperience for the students.
