Abstract

A 84 year-old woman who entered for a first episode of psychomotor agitation in relation to the recent establishment of fentanyl patches with resolution after removal. The identification of the risk factors and the precipitating causes of delirium, investigating especially the associated drugs are necessary for its treatment and prevention.
