Abstract
In the organizational level, it is indispensable to know the environment of the project and to realize the necessary efforts in order that the human and material resources shall available. This one has been the scene for the dizzy growth of Project Management area. As well as the practice of the Project management has grown, there is also a significant demand for a systematic implantation method to the methodologies, technologies and Project management tools in the Organizations. The demand for an effective management, the multiplication of the number of projects, as well as the increasing complexity of the same ones, they are aspects that justify the implantation of a Project Management Office (PMO).
