Résumé

Abstract Introduction Group of bad prognosis diseases frequently diagnosed with jaundice and constitutional syndrome. Pancreatic cancer It has high chemo resistance. Frequently present metastases and local relapses. The only curative treatment is surgery. Adjuvant chemo the rapy is usually recommended. Chemotherapy has shown increased survival in advanced stages. Biliarytract cancer They include in tra hepatic, extra hepatic, gall bladder and ampoule of Vater tumors. Each one has different biological and molecular characteristics. Elective treatment is surgery when posible. Chemotherapy and radiation therapy are often indicated in adjuvant orpalliative setting. Chemotherapy is recomended in advanced stages. In all cases palliative treatment and individualized treatment according characteristics of disease, age, performance status and comorbidity of patients is very important to improve quality of life and survival.
