Abstract
Ebstein's disease is a congenital heart disease that encompasses a spectrum of tricuspid valve malformations secondary to apical displacement of the insertion of the septal and/or posterior leaflets. Echocardiography is the imaging technique of choice for the diagnosis and follow-up of this pathology, and it is recommended to perform it in a protocolized manner to obtain the maximum information. On the other hand, cardiac magnetic resonance imaging not only provides valuable anatomical information but also constitutes a fundamental tool for the assessment of the right ventricle. Moreover, the new sequences provide additional information of great help in the management of these patients.
