The intimate partner violence is presented as a problem of great impact in our current society that even comes to be considered of interest in public health because of the scope of the consequences derived from it. Despite the fact that in Spain there are fewer femicides than those registered according to the European average, an effort is needed to reduce these numbers even further. Hence, a National Team has been created from the Secretariat of State for Security for the detailed review of the cases of homicide of women in the context of the couple's relationship to determine those risk factors that could predict this type of feminicide. In the present study a case of homicide framed within the standards of the Gender Violence (VdG) is exposed analyzing the circumstances of the fact and realizing the profile of both the author and the victim by means of the realization of the psychological autopsy in the that the information about the deceased will be collected through semi-structured interviews of the victim and homicidal environment.
