Slit lamp examination revealed incipient posterior subcapsular cataracts that became mature cataracts in a one month periodo Anamnesis showed that the patient was using topical fluormetolone for the last 6 months beca use by an alergical conjuntivitis. Treatment was EECC plus intraocular posterior chamber lens in both eyes. We stand out the inborn individual sensibility of each patient to develop a cortisonic cataract instead of the importance on the sort of corticoid, dose of corticoid, time using topical corticoids or patient age
