Resum

After conducting a SWOT analysis on the digitisation of Law education during the academic year 2021-2022, we found various weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities that digital technologies present for students of the bachelor’s degree in Law. This paper presents a proposal for the digital transformation of learning in Law: online mock trials through a Collaborative Virtual Platform (InnVision). Thescenario is a 3D space that simulates a courtroom, where different users occupy different roles: judge,witness, defendant’s lawyer, defendant, plaintiff’s lawyer, plaintiff, visitor and organiser. This proposalaims to correct the weaknesses and threats posed by digital technologies for legal training and at thesame time to enhance the strengths and opportunities found in the digitisation of university learning. Toachieve these objectives, different strategies have been designed (defensive, offensive, reorientationand survival) that can be carried out through the preparation and performance of online mock trials.
