Résumé

Cardiac magnetic resonance-4DFlow is a relatively new technique that allows the evaluation of flows in the three dimensions of space plus a fourth represented by time throughout the cardiac cycle. Atrial septal defect (ASD) ostium secundum (OS) type is the most common congenital atrial septal defect. We present the studies of four patients with a diagnosis of ASD-OS assessed with cardiac magnetic resonance-4DFlow in our center showing the usefulness of the technique in this congenital pathology
