Abstract

A case is presented of absent upper lateral incisors that was treated with minimally invasive (flapless) surgery and immediate function, where placement of provisional crowns improved the patient’s comfort and remodeled the soft tissue surrounding the restoration. Nobel DirectTM implants were used, 3 millimeters in diameter and 13 in length.
