Análisis de la carga externa durante partidos sucesivos de un torneo de fin de semana

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la carga externa asociada a partidos jugados de forma sucesiva durante un torneo de categoría sub-12 disputado durante un fin de semana. En el estudio participaron 10 futbolistas de categoría sub-12 (edad 10,9 ± 0,3 años) pertenecientes a una escuela de fútbol de alto nivel. Las variables utilizadas para conocer la carga externa fueron registradas a través de un dispositivo GPS (K-GPS 10Hz, K-Sport®), que registró la distancia recorrida por minuto (Drel); la distancia a alta velocidad (>13 km/h), distancia en aceleración (%DACC) y desaceleración (%DDCC) en porcentaje respecto a la distancia total recorrida; y la velocidad máxima (Vmax). Como variables independientes se consideraron los partidos de una fase de clasificación (FC) y de la fase final (FF). También se calculó como variables de comparación la carga acumulada (CA) en cada partido del torneo. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron que el %DACC fue menor en FC que en FF. Las comparaciones entre carga individual del partido y CA indicaron valores mayores de Drel, %DAV, %DACC y %DDCC en los dos primeros partidos del torneo respecto a los correspondientes valores de CA (CA-1 y CA-2) Las variables neuromusculares %DACC y %DDCC, mostraron mayores valores en el partido 4 que en CA-3. Un torneo de fútbol-7 organizado en formato de 48 horas supone una gran demanda física para los jugadores. Los descensos en la carga externa sólo se producen en los primeros partidos, observándose en los jugadores un rendimiento físico mantenido durante los partidos decisivos del torneo.
