Resumen

Background and objective: Tension-type-headache(TTH) is a condition characterized by a dull, nonpulsating, diffuse band-like pain in the head, scalp, orneck produced by an active myofascial trigger point(MTP). Our objective was to update the available evidenceabout the effectiveness of manual therapy (MT) in combination with exercise therapy (ET) to manage TTH.
