Abstract
We present a Class III patient case that combined orthodontic treatment (performed in the clinic of the University Institution Mississippi) and orthognathic surgery (performed in collaboration with the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, Guadalajara Hospital). We analyzed the patient�s facial aesthetics and pre-surgical orthodontic treatment. We discuss the possible treatment options, aesthetic impact, and results.
