Abstract
The doctor-patient relations that arise in any visit or centre whether it is public, private, large or small can sometimes be aggravated or be the motive for concern when what we call "the hateful patient" arises, a name that can present variable terminology, such as those we could call "difficult or hearsink patients", or the "non-compliant patients" or those that ultimately are called "black holes".
