Resumo
Trump's National Security Strategy is based on America First and principled realism and rejects the legacy of Obama and George W. Bush. It describes a Hobbesian world that goes back to the Cold War with China and Russia as competing and revisionist powers. It is a document that does not advocate the promotion of democracy or free trade and that contradicts some policies of President Trump.
