Abstract
This theoretical and reflective work, is intended to provide some recommendations aimed at all company professionals, that have the aim of building better companies, and get reasonable assurance against the risks in the pursue of attainment of business goals. Business risk management has become a key element in the ethics applied to corporate governance and Compliance. There is a reflection on three fundamental ideas: the conditions for success in the long term of a company, the importance of extending the ethical dimension of management across the entire enterprise, and the need for control systems integrated across the Organization.
