Resumo

Inside the mark that characterizes to the abuse and the physical abuse, the dentist has the possibility to do the boy with more frequency than the head doctor, pediatrician or other professionals of the since health, like one knows, the parents or tutors that mistreat the children don't usually take them to the same doctor or the same center of health more than once for not being discovered. To the dysfunction that is developed after the sexual abuse and of the physical abuse it is known how the post traumatic stress. We have wanted to evaluate the bibliography of the last 10 years with respect to the topic of the abuse and handling of the behavior of the children victims of this phenomenon in the dental and psychiatric area, to stand out the importance that has to know the patient's psychological profile in the moment to apply a technique of behavior handling during the dental consultation. Although from the first consultation in odontopediatrics a will and special bias should be supposed on the part of the professional, in the case of the boy victim of the abuse it is also, to foment trust and security.
