Abstract

The aim of this study is to proceed with a systematic literaturereview trying about an emerging topic: how much robotizationmatters for the Industry 4.0 and their relationship with corporatereputation. Considering the scarcity of literature linking industry 4.0and corporate reputation, this paper review relevant concepts inorder to facilitate the analysis, implications and future researchwithin four areas: Employment, Compliance, Customer Experienceand Environment.
